As racers, we know accidents can, and will, happen. Something unique to our company, and
MWS branded products, is our innovative “Crash Clause.” At the time of purchase of new MWS
brand dampeners, you will be given the opportunity to purchase the “Crash Clause.” Upon
purchase, the serial number is recorded, and should a racing accident happen, simply fill out our
service request form found on our site, send the damaged shock(s) in with the service request
form, and your shock(s) will be repaired under your “Crash Clause.” Upon completion of the
repair, you will be given the opportunity to renew your “Crash Clause” for the repaired shock(s).
In the event the shock is non-repairable, it will be replaced with the same, or a comparable,
current product. Willful abuse is not considered damage from a racing accident, and worn seals
are not warrantable. The “Crash Clause” covers the shocks for the original purchaser only for
the length of three (3) years from the date of purchase, and is non-transferable. The purchaser is
responsible for shipping charges, if shipping is required. If the dampener is damaged beyond repair and/or all parts/pieces that have a serial number are not turned in for warranty work, your crash clause coverage is null & void. In this case your crash clause enrollment fee ($50) can be applied towards the missing parts that need to be replaced.
Motorsports can be dangerous, and the “Crash Clause” does not imply that any other part of your
car, or the competitors car, will be covered, nor will it prevent any injury, or bodily harm,
including death.
